Getafe terminate loan - Chivas to send Macías to Sporting Kansas City?

José Macías has seen his loan at Getafe CF ended. The loan deal that was supposed to run until this summer has been terminated. The 22-year-old Mexican forward will return to Deportivo Guadalajara. Signed with high expectations, Macías struggled in LaLiga and managed just eight short appearances during his time with Getafe.
Reports now suggest that Macías could now be headed to Major League Soccer where Sporting Kansas City are interested. The MLS club need a replacement for the injured Alan Pulido. Marca, in the meantime, reported that Getafe could use the spot to sign Diego Costa. The 33-year-old striker is a candidate but a decision has not yet been made.
