Stefano Denswil gaat in de laatste weken van de zomerse transferperiode mogelijk transfereren. Borussia Mönchengladbach is geïnteresseerd in de Nederlandse verdediger van Club Brugge. Op de achtergrond zal Ajax de situatie in de gaten houden.

Die Belgier sollen wohl um die sieben Millionen Euro für den 25-Jährigen verlangen. Denswil selbst sagte vor wenigen Tagen auf der Vereinshomepage: "Wenn sich eine Möglichkeit in den kommenden Wochen ergibt, dann werde ich vielleicht wechseln, aber andererseits weiß ich nur allzu gut, dass ich es hier gut habe und mein Ding machen kann.“
Sky spricht von 7mio€ Ablöse. Andererseits klingt der zweite Satz wirklich nicht nach jemanden, der noch die große Herausforderung sucht und lieber im gemachten Nest sitzen bleiben würde.
